My name is Cathy Hannon and I have been in the Health and Fitness Industry since 1997. I hold certifications in Group Exercise, Personal Training, CPR, Pilates, Yoga, Senior Fitness, Water Therapy and Indoor Cycling.
My focus whether I’m teaching a group or an individual is FUNCTION. Our bodies move in a three dimensional world. So why not train that way?
Through my training and research I have found that a balance in weight training, cardiovascular conditioning and nutrition is crucial to one’s health. I utilize all of my knowledge of the human body and life experiences when I train clients or teach classes. I prefer to educate and nurture a person’s path to health and well being.

"Cathy is a great Personal Trainer. She is tough and will work you hard, but with that she will make you laugh and love the workout! Her sessions are never the same so you will never be bored. Cathy's knowledge of pilates, her joy at sharing it, and her fun-loving personality. I have never understood why the pilates reformer classes I have taken before were so smothered in "attitude" and am so very glad to have found a great instructor with whom I can learn, strengthen, and have a great time -- all at once !!! Definitely take a class with Cathy if you have the chance !!!"
