    "Cassie will keep yor heart rate up the whole time with a smile on your face. She will push you further then you think you can go. Not only does she feed your mind, she feeds your spirit. This girl will give you what you need for a whole hour (or however long the class is) and not let you have time to worry about the world's troubles. For that time it is all about shakin' it and having fun!! I immensely enjoy her class!! "
