I am a nurse in love with Zumba.
As a nurse I have the opportunity of directly observing how poor health habits and lack of exercise can affect one’s quality of life. I constantly teach my patients on how to change unhealthy lifestyles to recover sooner and have better quality of life once they leave the hospital.
Outside of work my quest for quality of life does not stop. I merge my passion for health and dance and share it with my fellow nurses, friends and new enthusiasts by teaching Zumba®

"Carolina is a remarkable instructor with the ability to craft an atmosphere of fun and excitement, all-the-while teaching and providing a solid workout. Individuals at all skill levels are able to easily integrate themselves in one-class and feel comfortable in their own shoes. "Carolina is a rock star instructor! An hour with her is far more fun than an hour at the gym and is a way better workout. In fact, it's more than a workout! Not only is she helping to sculpt my body, but through her uber-creative Zumba routines, she's improved my moves on the dance floor! And I've never met a kinder, more patient instructor. It doesn't matter if you've got 2 left feet, Carolina, will work with you until you're ready for Dancing with the Stars! What's shocking also, is what an incredible workout Zumba is. It's not all just fun and dance, she makes sure you get a full body workout and that your clothes start to actually fit the way you want them to. Thanks for all the sweat and fun, Carolina! "
