Caroline O'Dwyer

I have been living, practicing, and studying yoga for nearly a decade. My background includes a wide variety of styles including Ashtanga, Jivamukti, and Anusara yoga. I have studied with many master teachers including Dharma Mittra, Sharon Gannon and David Life, Bryan Kest, Siva Rea, and Mitchel Bleier.

My classes and workshops highlight both my eclectic background and playful personality, incorporating both unique sequencing and uplifting music. All levels welcome!
