Brian Banks is a professional Martial Arts Instructor & Life Coach with over 29 years of training and teaching to a wide range of people and professionals. His passion is helping others reach their potential goals, help create new goals & to maximize their full potential. He's a certified 2nd Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo under Master Brad Whitlow, trains in Jun Fan/Jeet Kune Do Concepts (JKD), Kali-Silat under Sifu Raymond Crow, and cross trains in Western Boxing, Muay Thai, Jiu-jitsu, with influences in Aikido, Hapkido, Brasilian Jiu-jitsu, Wing Chun & Savate. He has trained with numerous martial artists and competes in MMA events. Brian also understands the values & importance of weight, core, resistance & strength training, nutrition & flexibility. Taking the JKD Philosophy, in 1994 Brian began developing a progressive mixed martial art training system, centered on 2 things: 1. Total Body Fitness & 2. Real World Self-Defense. Brian is the person today because of the martial arts.
