My name is Pranava (or Dan), and I am a certified Sivananda Yoga teacher specializing in breath-based yoga that is modifiable to meet clients' needs.
The Sivananda approach is both relaxing & intense, utilizing the flow of Sun Salutation as a cardio warmup followed by classic Hatha poses, ranging from inversions like Headstand to rejuvenating Spinal Twist.

"I started doing yoga to ease the pain and stress caused by my chronic illness. I took a semi-private class with Dan and he took his time and worked with me until I was comfortable in the poses. He made me feel so refreshed and balanced. In addition his sweet nature and wonderful sense of humor make him a pleasure to pratice yoga with. I would definitely recommend taking a class with Dan. "
