Alternative Health, certified and registered with Yoga Alliance as a YogaTeacher/instructor and am certified in Meridian Yoga. I am
continuing certifications in Yoga Therapy, Holistic Health Practitioner and Master Herbalist. My other areas of study are Reflexology,
Ayurveda, Energy Healing, Crystal therapy, Aromatherapy and Qigong. My dedication to Mother Earth is reflected in my daily life by an
