"Is is with great pleasure that I write this review for Blake Cesarz. I have been his supervisor for two semesters and he has turned out to be a fantastic tutor and leader in the field. Blake is certified under the College Reading and Learning Association (CRLA). This means he has learned many valuable skills because of his commitment to training and tutoring. This also means that he has lived up to the high standards that CRLA requires.
Blake has excellent communication skills and he is passionate about passing on new strategies and techniques to his students. His goal is to make sure that his students not only accomplish their assignments but also become independent and efficient learners. Blake has enough strategies and tutoring knowledge that he can tutor a variety of different subjects. He knows exactly how to connect with his students, figure out their learning style and adjust his tutoring method to meet their needs.
Blake is also a strong leader and mentor for the new tutors. He has assisted us with training and his creativity has helped us discover new innovative ways to assist our students.
