Chris Holzwarth

Chris Holzwarth, Director of Beyond the Applause, LLC, offers her many years of experience and a framework for success to students and their families throughout the college admissions and career development processes. The combination of her knowledge, personal work and life experience in education, business, and the performing arts gives her a broad perspective in which to identify the diverse needs of students.

Chris is a specialist in college admissions and career advising. Her college experiences include: Boston Conservatory of Music, Boston University, and most recently, UCLA’s certificate program in College Admissions Counseling, 2008. Chris maintains professional memberships in the following organizations: NACAC, SACAC, HECA and NCDA. She is a student of the arts, colleges and careers, subscribes to following NACAC's Statement of Principles of Good Practices (SPGP), and attends regular conferences to remain current on specific trends affecting college and career attainment. Her inspiration and passion for her career lies in her ability to empower students to pursue their dreams while planning for the future.
