"Beth is a fantastic Zumba instructor. She's friendly, upbeat and extremely energetic. Unlike many instructors, she takes the time to actually teach the dance moves rather than dancing and hoping the class catches on as the class progresses. She is a teacher as well as an instructor. She incorporates dance as well as weight training into her classes and while she continually reinforces that going at your pace is completely OK, she also encourages you push yourself (within reason of course) to take that extra step forward toward your fitness goals. She has an infectious smile and motivates you through every step of the class. She's REAL. She's an instructor, a leader and a friend and I would recommend her to everyone who is intersted in Zumba Dance. "
