    "I asked Brenda to bake a gluten/sugar free cake for my husband's 50th birthday, and a second cake for the rest of us (figuring that the gluten/sugar free cake would taste like mud...). I was amazed at how delicious the gluten/sugar free cake was. Everyone wanted a piece of it! It was chocolate cake/mocha filling/chocolate frosting. Both cakes were equally moist, delicious and beautiful. I highly recommend Brenda for all baking needs. I've already booked her again for another gluten free cake."
