"BASE Fitness is without a doubt the best gym i have ever been to. As a gymnast of six years and traceur for 2, i can honestly say that this gym exceeds everyone of my expectations The instructors are some of the best people i have met. they are extremely knowledgeable of the sport and can adapt the workout to fit anyones level of fitness. The workouts are in large groups and i have yet to find one person there that i do not like. everyone is extremely supportive of each other and as they say in the gym "we start together, we finish together!"
Now you may think that parkour may not be right for you, whether your too old or too young, or you just dont think you can do it, well then i have news for you. i have known the main group that started the gym for 4 years now. i have seen people with zero experience in any sport at all come in and withing 6 months they were almost as good as i. parkour is a sport for everyone of all walks of life. i personally have seen a seven year old participate and a 70 year old. so its true when i say everyone can do it... but even if your not looking to learn parkour and just want a good work out, then look no further because i can honestly say that the workout you get here is one of the best work outs you will have in your life. i have recommended BASE Fitness to everyone i know and now i recommend it to you.

"Many may at first feel as overwhelmed and apprehensive as I did about parkour, fearing that they are physically inadequate or that the discipline is too dangerous to attempt. However, at BASE Fitness the excellence of the trainers assures that anyone willing to devote themselves to try each new obstacle will be highly rewarded during rigorous but refreshing workout while still being kept safe. Also as someone who began with no previous sport experience and a general disinterest in exercise of every manner, my outlook on movement has reversed entirely. Now the highlight of my day is when I'm training in parkour, dance, or self defense under these experienced and inspirational instructors. In fact, a great feeling of remorse runs over me any time I miss a class. (I understand that sounded horribly corny, but when something's just this spectacular, you must recognize it as such.) One last fear to be put in the clear would be the time commitment. Two hours may seem long, but it ends up being the perfect amount of time to truly improve upon technique and strength without entirely wasting the body. As someone enrolled in many time-consuming school courses I still manage to do well at school while coming to (usually) about 4 or 5 classes a week. However there's no requirement for that amount of dedication, I nearly mention it to say that time should not be a factor of concern. I would suggest this class to anyone who's interested in improving their health and fitness, anyone interested in gaining a strong mental base built through the attainment of confidence and self respect, along with learning ideals such as dedication, respect of others, and to weekly feel a sense of true accomplishment as you watch your skills continually improve, anyone interested in being involved in an activity that parallels the actions of superheros, anyone....well any and everyone! The benefits outweigh any possibilities of downfalls, and if you don't believe me, then come to a class and try it out. More than likely you'll be washed of any signs of doubt."

"The instructors at B.A.S.E. are absolutely amazing. They're professional, knowledgeable, supportive, and a lot of fun. They can adapt the discipline of parkour to every person's abilities and push you to try new things. Parkour provides a completely different workout, but it is a lot of fun. I highly recommend checking them out and giving it a try. "

"B.A.S.E. has by far exceeded my expectations in every perspective! From the intensity of the workouts, the personal guidance and motivation from the instructors and the diversity of each and every class, it has abled me to achieve a new level of self confidence! Whether a teen or an adult, you are able to perform at your own comfort level and able to challenge yourself at your own pace! Over the past 2 months I have been more than impressed with the not only my physical strength and endurance, but I have been able to take my workouts to a whole new level! "The B.A.S.E. Fitness instructors were very helpful and professional. The facility has been key in my development of Balance Agility Strenght and Endurance.
