    "From the time I made the appointment to the second it was finished, my experience was just terrible. Aziza was 2 hours late. The shampoo girl kept washing my hair to make it seem like I wouldn't realize how late Aziza really was. They also kept trying to make me get products to bump up the overpriced hair do which she couldn't do but lied and said she could. When Aziza finally got there she didn't start on my hair. She sat down talking and she and the other hair stylist were looking on her ipad for 20 minutes about some upcoming trip. She didn't care that 3 people were there to get their hair styled not listen to her over inflated ego and less than flatterning fashion sense. Not only did it take more time than it was worth, she rushed on my head to catch up and my braids were coming loose 2 days after my appointment. Can anyone understand why I am giving such as bad review. I can not go back to get the loose braids corrected because Aziza is not reliable enought to count on for being on time. And I had to go out of town the next day. I am not the only person who says that Aziza late. Let me relay this in detail. A 2 Z Natuals is inside of another salon which Aziza does not advertise on her website. When you think the website states suite 110. There would be a door with the number 110 on it. The owner of the white salon had to tell me she is inside my salon. He and other white stylist implied that she is always late. Aziza needs to readjust her website she ain't as good as she thinks she is. And definitely not as professional as she thinks she is. I will keep letting people know to avoid her and her website. Don't be fooled like I was. I will also be reporting my experience to the better business bureau and Angies list. "

    "Horrible customer service. Called to book braid appointment and when I asked about her hours so I could drop off a deposit she was rushing me off the phone and kept telling me to look at her website which I could not do because I was riding in a car. I was on phone with her and she did not want to take a moment to make sure I knew where to go and when she would be available for me to drop off her deposit. I was without my vehicle all week and needed to be sure I knew. I dropped off the deposit at the salon where she is and they took the money for her since she was off today and when I told her that her deposit is there she went off on me and said I had not followed her rules and therefore I would have to come back and get my money and find yet another braider. I am a business person and struggling to keep things going while my vehicle is getting major work done and I needed a person right near my office. She was mean and hateful and totally unbending and I did nothing to deserve the mean treatment I received."
