Long Beach Fitness is located in the Belmont Shore area. This isn't your typical "hamster wheel" gym. You will find challenges, variety, personal records and results through Krav Maga, Bodyweight Conditioning, RKC Kettlebell, and Plyometrics. We focus on practical muscles, stability, balance, and flexability so you can live a healthier, happier life.

"i have been doing lessons with alecia for the past month. she has put together a personalized fitness plan for me which includes a work out regimen and an eating plan that work together for optimal results. my goal is to increase my metabolism, my cardio, and tone up. and its working. i have lost 11 pounds in just a few weeks, lost an inch in my waist and an inch in my hips. my posture has greatly improved due to the core being strengthened by the kettle bells and other little things she has me do. i am lazy/busy/a procrastinator and she fits that into my work out as well. i never work out for more than 10/20 minutes a day (more if i want, but i usually don't wanna), not counting stretching - i need/want/love to do stretch - especially after blogging or mom taxi'ing for a couple of hours!
my energy level is way up and i am already feeling toned and healthier. "
