Our instructors are not only chefs they are educators who also hold credentials from the State of California Commission on Teacher Credentialing. Our chefs have been taught by some of the most prestigious chefs in the business, including Jacques Pepin, Bo Friberg, Nancy Silverton and the Grand Dame Julia Child. They have also cooked around the world! From the USA-Europe- Russia-China and everywhere in between, our hands have experienced the wonders of food from an international perspective.
