I am a track and field coach as well as a athlete interested in developing young athletes to reach their full potential on the track. I am a firm believer that if one is disciplined, focused, and goal oriented there are no limits to achieving ones dreams. I am a Army Veteran who had the privilege of being selected onto the All Army track team when I was enlisted. My goal is to help guide athletes to reach their goals not only on the track but in live by instilling in them life skills which will be helpful long after their athletic career is done.
