Annaka has performed as a member of the Perrysburg Symphony Orchestra, the Symphony of the Lakes, The MasterWorks Festival Orchestra, the BGSU Philharmonia and the Florida State University Philharmonic Orchestra. She currently plays principal clarinet with the Detroit Civic Wind Symphony, serving as the Clarinet Mentor for the ensemble. As a teacher, Annaka currently serves Bowling Green, OH and vicinity. Her students are or have been members of the Toledo Symphony Youth Orchestra, Brevard Symphony Youth Orchestra, Ohio All-State Band, Florida All-State Band, Capital University Honor Band and the Detroit Civic Wind Symphony. Annaka graduated from Florida State University with her BM in Clarinet Performance in 2008. Her principal instructors were Frank Kowalsky and Deborah Bish. She continued her studies at Bowling Green State University in 2009, where she studied under the direction of Kevin Schempf and served as the Clarinet Teaching Assistant.
