"I have been working with Alberto Mercedes for the last 10 months. In that time, he has helped me lose 95# and dropped from a size 24 to my current size of 14. I still have some way to go but I don't think I would be where I am right now if not for Alberto. He pushes you past your "comfort zone" and knows your potential. I was a competitive swim coach for 22 years and worked with many elite athletes - I thought that with all that knowledge that I had I would be able to push myself - little did I know that it would take someone else to do that. I was using Alberto's services thru a different organization and would have to say that his new venture is a STEAL - if only for a single session or a package sessions I would not hesitate to highly recommend Alberto and his passion for fitness!
