"I love training with Tina, from day one she has made me feel so confortable and secure. She pushes me with each session and I feel myself get stronger every week, Im also leaning enough from her so I can do my own sessions in between my appointments with her. "Tina has been my personal trainer for a year following the birth of my 1st child. The results I achieved are largely due to her hard training and motivation. I look and feel better than I did before, and have a better body for it. Other methods - yoga and pilates just doesn't do it. I needed to train hard and train heavy, and work with strength training/wts. She is right! She pushes and motivates me in every training session. "I was really anxious about both gyms and trainers.. but am so glad I found Tina. Her approach is very low-key and fun, and I really enjoy our sessions. We do different things each time, and though I push myself to my limit I look forward to the next one each time. "Tina is one of the BEST Trainers in Hollywood! I have been training with Tina for over 3years and I've had the best results by far. I have lost over 60 lbs and decreased my bodyfat down to 14% !!!
