I have been teaching Classical Pilates for over 10 years and in that time I've had the pleasure of working with hundreds of clients looking to benefit from Pilates.
Private Pilates sessions with me are performed on top-notch equipment and utilize the principles of classical Pilates to strengthen and lengthen the body, improve flexibility, tighten the glutes, and the toughen the core.
