    "Mike pays so much attention to detail when we are together. He has taught me proper breathing technique's. Like breathing through my nose and not my mouth. He gets me well prepared for the intense workouts that we do. The stretching is amazing. My muscles have never felt so full and lean. We go on endless runs sometimes in the park or on the beach. I feel so alive. My diet is exceptional. I eat small meals and snacks when I am good. Mike told me to slow down how fast I eat because I was getting indigestion. Now I am complete.     "Mike has been my trainer since January. I had had no previous experience at the gym and Mike helped me to get motivated about fitness. When I started I had no fitness or personal goals in mind. Even though I have never really had any goals he has helped me to accomplish personal goals and medical goals of decreasing my blood pressure. He has motivated me through the workouts and has pushed me to do things that I previously thought that I couldn't. He pushes me during the workouts, without it being stressful. He also provides workouts for me to accomplish on my own so that I have an outline when I workout on my own. He has motivated me to workout. He has helped me to acheive results.
