I am a clinical social worker with over 10 years experience in the fields of health and mental health, counseling and social services. My goal as a life coach, MARI practitioner, spiritual counselor and social skills tutor is to establish a collaborative relationship with the client directed toward wholeness and their personal growth and transformation. I strive to move away from the stigma and labeling that traditional psychotherapy offers based on known abnormal psychology interventions and often under the pressure of insurance companies to provide brief symptom-oriented therapy. Body-mind-spirit integration is my personal life foundation, and it is the core of my therapeutic approach.
