"I've been working with Katherine for three months now, and I've improved greatly in that time. Of course, her knowledge of vocal technique is both wide and deep. However, what has really impressed me is how focused she is on the needs of individual students. She will often begin lessons by saying "I was thinking about you the other day, and I think this would be a good exercise to help . . ." She is great at isolating small mistakes that cause bigger problems with tone, etc. That's really helpful to me, since I've developed a number of bad habits over the years. She's also metro accessible, which is a huge plus. "
