Joshua Amor

I'm a student of eastern Bloc Soviet Training. I've studying Yuri Verkhoshanky and am currently working towards a Bachelors in Kinesiology. I'm a student of Doctor Michael Yessis and former student of Gavin Macmillan of the Sports Science Lab. I'm a Blue belt in Jiu-jitsu under Robert Lovi. I've been training Athletes for 3 years now. I use a block periodization model of General Physical Preparation and Specialized Physical Preparation, and fall under-lines of using science to improve performance.
