Emilee Marie

My name is Emilee Marie. I am born and raised in Wichita, Kansas, and have cherished and benefitted from my midwest upbringing. I am a 200 RYT YA instructor, and I currently teach classes at Karma Wellness Center in Wichita. My favorite types of classes to teach are a class I call "Sweat!" which involves 30 minutes of heart-rate targeting followed by 15 minute resting in an assisted savasana. I also offer private lessons in Power, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga.
I'm a motivated and high-spirited individual whose main goal in instructing a student is to challenge them mentally and invigorate them physically. The end result of any Yoga session should be happiness and confidence.
