I have always been fascinated by the human body and its ability to adapt to physiological challenges. I started as a Personal Trainer at Bally Total Fitness while studying Exercise Physiology at FIU. I quickly became one of the top trainers and decided to start my own company, Core Fitness Miami, in 2007. I've worked closely with Physical Therapists, Surgeons and Physicians to help their patients recover more fully and help prevent them from re-injury. I treat each of my clients individually with personalized workout programs and nutrition. No one has exactly the same goal and starting point, therefore no one should have the same training program. I have helped clients with all types of goals such as weight loss, strength training and sport specific conditioning; Aswell as medical challenges including post physical rehabilitation, post heart attack, pre diabetic, diabetic, child obesity and adult obesity.

    "My experience with Andy as a personal trainer was really great. I did group training (3 of us total) with him once a week while I was training for a half-marathon and was very happy with my results. My endurance and strength while running improved significantly. I also saw changes in my body really quickly. What I like about Andy is that he pushes you, challenges you, but also motivates you. He wants to see you work your hardest and get your best results. Also, Andy would always switch up the exercises so it never got boring. Even though I no longer use him as a trainer (I don't live in Miami anymore), I still use the exercises he taught me on my own. "
