Alex Klebenow

A professional musician for over 20 years, I have performed in numerous venues, including the U.S. Capitol. The White House, John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, and numerous other venues. Performing experience includes The Choral Arts Society of Washington (D.C.), The Washington National Opera, Opera Americana, The New Orleans Opera Association, Opera Southwest, and other opera, choral, barbershop and other musical organizations, including performing at Presidential inauguration celebrations and The Kennedy Center Awards Ceremony. Conductors and musical personalities I have performed with include Placido Domingo, James Conlon, Leonard Bernstein, Leonard Slatkin and Robert Shaw and others. I also have been music/choir director and sung in numerous churches of varied denominations.

As a trained vocalist, I specialize in opera, but sing all musical styles: opera, classical, sacred, jazz, musical theater and pop. I am a choral conductor as well as a performer and instructor.
