Jeanray Barber

I have a degree in Fashion Design, and have been sewing, and knitting since elementary school. Knitting was a way for me to explore my creativity using my fingers, two needles, and a ball of yarn. Sewing was a way for me to create using fabric and textures into unique garment designs. Today I Knit shrugs for dancers using hand spun, and hand dyed Yarns. I am a Costume Designer, and am a professional mannequin draper, for a reknown fabric store. I love teaching beginners to Knit, and seeing the satisfaction on their faces, when they master the art. I also enjoy teaching others the art of draping fabrics on mannequins, or dress forms to create unique fashions.
