Robin F. Woods, a fiber Artisan and instructor, has an extensive background in sewing, teaching, and business. A custom clothier with 30 years of experience a she has developed sewing and design techniques that inspire and educate her students at all levels. She began making doll clothing at the age of six by hand. Through the years she has continued her education in sewing & crafting techniques, has apprenticed as a men's wear tailor and received certifications as a sewing instructor.

    "I never thought I would ever learn how to use the serger that my mother had given me twenty five years ago. I was so intimidated by it, but in less than an hour, Robin not only figured out how to thread and operate the old serger, she had me sewing with it! She truly loves what she does and this makes her an exceptional teacher. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and was very patient as she gently guided me through each step. She made everything seem so easy. I have completed countless projects as a result of those few hours spent with Robin. I cannot recommend her enough; she’s a brilliant seamstress! "
