Tracy Bonczyk

I myself have been deeply depressed, impoverished, lonely and scared. I learned how to cause the body to generate its NATURAL tendency to self heal. Due to this and through learning how powerfully our thoughts and self-talk affect our health, (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual), I am able to be compassionate in my healing work and in teaching others.

I have experienced healing spontaneously from several physical problems that the medical profession would consider difficult, unlikely or even "not possible". At one point I accidentally spilled boiling water all over my forearm. I immediately iced it, and drove myself to an emergency treatment center. My ice had melted by the time I saw a medical professional, so I asked them for some ice. The medical people went to work on other people, and forgot my ice. After a few minutes of immense pain, I realized "wait a minute, Tracy. You're a hypnotherapist. You know how to help yourself." I put myself in trance and imagined my arm in a lake of freezing cold water. My pain was gone in an instant. To top that off, I healed in half the time they had told me it would take.
