I am Sophomore at Benedictine University. I run track here for the college team. It's a D3 college in Illinois. I ran the 100, 200, and 400 in High School. Now I run the 400 and 800 in college. I love the sport of track and would love help anyone out with training as long as they are committed to be the best they can be.
