  "Joe is both an accomplished Yogi and Therapist of the Mind which he is able to fluidly combine in his practice of Yoga. His classes are excellent for beginners as well as the advanced practitioners. He is very conscious of each member in the class and is attentive to their needs and offers suggestions and explanations about the what, how, and why's. Definitely the best Yoga teacher I have had the privilege of taking a class from. His class is Naked and specific to men which was exactly what I was looking for in order to work on self body image issues, intimacy and a sense of connectivity to other Men and Male Energy in a non-sexualized or judgmental, criticizing environment. Joe is definitely passionate, knowledgeable, and practiced both as a practitioner and teacher of Yoga. An excellent resource to the holistic health community and the Yogic community at large. "
