Fun, energetic person with a verve' for life! Worked in corporate America for the past 20 yrs, and branched out as an entreprenuer offering affordable and convenient life coaching and personal development. I feel it's my purpose in life to empower people (mainly women) to take control of their lives, to realize their potential, and embrace their passion. In doing so, we can positively impact our communities. I'm also dedicated to staying healthy and fit, and inspiring others to do the same. I give back to the community through numerous causes - have been a 'Big' with the Big Brothers/Sisters org, serve on a non-profit board for victims of domestic abuse, mentor in the Professional Women's Group of Dress for Success, and am involved with numerous networking organizations focused on minorities, teens, and women.
