We live at 7200 feet in the Sandia mountains of New Mexico only a half an hour east of Albuquerque. We have a small farm with chickens, alpacas and donkeys. Crafting is a passion for me and I spend long hours making wonderful gifts for our family and friends.
I teach mostly beginning classes just get get folks started in their interest.
We also do a lot of gardening that provides us with food and flowers to press for crafts.
I enjoy tatted, Battenburg, and bobbin lacemaking, knitting and crochet and lavender crafts.
I love people and enjoy teaching them how to enjoy a new craft. I love to see their smiles as they complete a project and look so accomplished and pleased with themselves. Encouraging others to enjoy the wonderful world of crafting that I so enjoy is a real blessing for me.
I send everyone home with a folder complete with written instructions for their projects and a list of resources and patterns if part of the class.
