Merrily LeMasters

Merrily LeMasters has been teaching The Pilates Method since 2002, she earned her certification through an apprenticeship with Karen Stevenson-Bass at Body, Mind, & Soul Pilates Studio. Her safe yet challenging approach makes her style a good fit for any age, shape or size, whether you're a beginner or an advanced student. She's worked with a variety of people such as those with health issues, injuries, knee/hip replacements or healthy bodies who want to gain strength and flexibilty.
