I have had the good fortune to learn this game that I love from my parents who coached from 1957-1988. I have also been blessed with getting to closely learn this game from folks like: Matt McShane (Team USA, UNM, Cal, USAFA) John Kessel (USAV), Donald Sheppard (USAV) Mick Haley (USC) Lang Ping (Team USA, China) Tom Duke (USC, Team USA, NMHU) Luarel Brassey Iversen (Team USA, UNM) and quite a few others. My expertise is in the physical aspects and in the thought processes involved with competitive vb. I have been involved in youth development vb programs in schools (elementary/mid/high) and in private club. I currently work closely with athletes and teams in the over 50 age-group from entry to USA championships levels, play and coach on my own competitive mens team, and coach the UNM mens club team. Oh yeah, I sorta teach my 10 year old daughter too :-)
