I have been intuitive all my life. Who I am now is a simple matter of time and evolution.
My life has been riddled with challenges since childhood and I can only attribute my current "normalcy" to the grace of a higher power.
I believe my experiences were an intentional plan to teach me empathy. As an empath, I am allowed to sense another's pain. Pain is a funny thing when it is personal.. most people have a painful experience and shut down their senses to avoid the experience. A very natural reaction. However, pain gets forgotten or trapped into the body and after time becomes part of the personality. We all need a person to trust to help us out of our trenches and to lift us up to a healthier self. This indeed is an act of love.
As a survivor, yes, I have much to offer simply on a linear level.
As and Energy worker, my talents lead me to the vortexes within the body and energy fields that show me where the pain is hooked or anchored. It is here where my skills of release are brought into my client's awareness. It is a combined effort of trust and love and a application of the appropiate emotional or intellectual frequency that allows the client a release.
Teaching these techniques is my greatest joy! Through personal sessions, I find that my clients love the simplicity of finding their own powers to release, and for the future, the power to choose better possibilities.

"I am going to describe something that even I can’t fully grasp so please bear with me. I have always known that I was sensitive to other people’s energy. What I didn’t know for a long time was that I was picking it up and holding onto it. Even after I did know that I was doing it, I wasn’t sure how to let it go. An example is when someone walks into a room and everyone lights up, or the opposite: everyone is having a good time and one person, having bad day, walks in and brings the whole room down. I was absorbing and holding this energy with my own. Doing that is like having a splinter in your finger that starts to fester. It’s not part of you, should not be there, and will cause pain until it is removed. Energy is not visible so it’s not quite as easy to remedy as a splinter for those who are untrained.
I spent three years in New Orleans after Katrina, surrounding myself with a lot of people who suffered from PTSD. Even after I came home, I never felt quite right. For years I didn’t sleep more than a couple of hours a night and my stress level was so high that I felt like I was going to totally lose it. This pattern, left unchecked, will spiral downward and that is exactly what was happening to me. All of my thoughts were negative, I’d wake after a couple of hours in a full panic attack, I was a total mess. I went to Caren for a Reiki session on my birthday hoping for a better start to my new year. What happened was absolutely incredible. Caren removed this mass of energy from me. It was totally painless but I literally had the sensation of having an object pulled from the center of my being. Immediately after she separated this energy from me and sent it away, I felt calm and content for the first time in a very long while. I am now feeling better overall and am sleeping through the night for the first time in years. I am so very thankful for the work that Caren does. It is a gift that she shares with the world. I only wish I had the words to thank her properly.
