Rob Lockwood

Rob Lockwood is a Highland Bagpiper / Scottish Smallpiper in Virginia Beach, Virginia and is available for private lessons. I have 31 years of pipe band and solo piping experience and currently serve as Pipe Sergeant of the Newport News Police Pipes and Drums. I have been teaching the Great Highland Bagpipe for 20 years, in both pipe band and private lesson settings. I am available to perform for weddings, memorials, military functions and other special events throughout Southeast Virginia and Northeast North Carolina.
