"I met Mr. Stepner back in 2007. We have been Industrial Real Estate Brokers and developers since 1973. I asked Steve to analyze all projects that we have looked at to purchase these past three years. In only a manner of a few hours, Steve puts together a spreadsheet which we use to decide whether its worth our efforts to start the process of purchasing a project. If we move forward he gives me projections for 10 years and all other information we may need to work through inspection periods. Mr. Stepner is extremely professional and knowledgeable in all aspects or real estate development and purchasing of developing new and existing projects including, industrial, commercial and multi-family projects.
