"The Sticks and Stones class was great. James is an excellent instructor. He communicates in a easily understandable way and his demonstrations and abilities with the Kali Sticks are impressive. We learned the basic stick drills and footwork. We also learned some unique and complimentary kettlebell drills. I'm looking forward to continuing to practice and get better. It's a great way to add some practical application to my fitness routines. I highly recommend this class. It also was the best value for my money of any fitness related class I have ever taken."

"I went to James' Sticks and Stones class consisting of the basics of Kali and Kettlebells. I had a great time refreshing what I'd learned previously on the basics of both disciplines. James integrated the two together in a unique and addicting way.
