I like every aspect of track and field. However, relays of all types excite me. A good relay team executing the smoothness of running and faultless baton exchange is probably the ultimate joy of team sports! The task of molding, training, polishing the athletes into this type of team is breath taking. A finely tuned finished product is a joy for athletes and coaches alike!
