Fermin De-la-Fuente

Born in Havana, Cuba in 1952. Emigrated from Cuba (2000), lived in Spain (2000-2004).
In 2004 he immigrated to U.S.A. On April 2010 became an American Citizen.

Started teaching Physics in the Middle School when he was in the High School at the age of 16, during 2 courses with success. He has 42 years of experience teaching at all levels: Elementary, Middle, High School and Colleges. Taught in Cuba, Spain and the U.S.A, worked and studied in South America, Western, Eastern Europe and in the U.S.A.

Degrees: B.Sc. in Physics (1975) at University of Havana, Cuba, Ph.D. in Technical Sciences (1985) at National Center for Scientific Research, Havana, Cuba, both validated in the U.S. by an authorized Agency by the Department of Education. Holds in a Diploma in Project Management (1998) from the School of Industrial Organization, Madrid, Spain, valid for European Union.

Passed Praxis II in English (VCLA) and Spanish Exam from the ACTFL (American Council for Teaching Foreign Languages) with Superior Grades. Can teach Spanish, Physics and Sciences
at all levels. He is also able to teach Mathematics, Computing and other subjects.

Has been married for 25 years. Has a daughter of 23 years, who studies 5th Year of Psychology in the University of Valencia, Spain. She speaks Spanish, English, French and Valentian.
Cares a lot about his family: wife, daughter and my mother Isabel who lives in Cuba.

I like meeting friends, travelling both in the U.S.A. and to other countries, studying, reading, swimming and enjoying nature. I enjoy the all the good food, specially the Cuban, Spanish, Italian, Asian, Brazilian, American and Mexican.

He is Cuba, Spanish (European Union) and American citizen.
