  "Alicia has been teaching my 8 year old daughter violin lessons for the past 6 months or so. This is my daughter's first experience playing an instrument. Alicia is extremely upbeat and positive, and has a wonderful personality. She is multi-talented and is extremely patient. She has a way of keeping my daughter from being discouraged in this early stage, which I believe is critical when learning an instrument. She helped and guided my daughter tremendously over these past few months - and gave her confidence to perform in her first "recital", which was amazing to watch.
