"i am more than pleased with Keeley's classes!! Over the past year I have been attending her Monday evening classes consistently because I have seen and felt significant results with my body. I also have been suffering with neck/back problems and she has taken the time to work individually with me to make necessary adjustments with my body and the reformer so that my pain decreases a lot, I have become stronger, and over all a lot happier with my body shape. Keeley's classes are always a challenge (in a really good way), extremely fun , and an overall wonderful experience. I have recommended pilates reforming ny to a few friends who now regularly attend classes and love the results!"

"I've been taking private/1-on-1 pilates instruction (on all the equipment) from Keeley for over a year (one-hour sessions, once per week). I started out with her as a complete beginner. I'm so lucky to have found Keeley--
Most important is Keeley's demeanor--while she knows how to make it challenging, she has a lighthearted/fun/relaxed approach to guiding you through a workout, and teaching you pilates. My results are incredible--I never thought I'd actually be able to see ab muscles; my flexibility is much better than ever (and I'm 37!); she's even improved my posture (which I thought was perfect before, but people notice the difference!). It's always a challenging workout, yet I feel energized, flexible, aligned and relaxed when I'm done (no matter how tired/tight I feel coming in). The personal attention is fantastic--if I have muscle tightness somewhere on a particular day, Keeley adjusts the workout to address it. The workouts are varied--it's rare for me to do any one exercise twice over the course of maybe 4-5 (or more) different sessions. (I also do a mat class at a gym once per week--over time, I've gotten a lot more out of that because of what I learned with Keeley.)
Overall, I'm so impressed with how well-taken care of I am with Keeley.

"I have been taking Keeley's classes for about a year and they are always great!! She keeps it interesting and challenging by mixing up the routine each time. Her class is definitely never boring! And she has a nice and warm demeanor so you never feel bad or pressured if you aren't quite ready for some of the exercises. If you are brand new to Pilates or an advanced practitioner or anywhere in-between, I highly recommend taking a class with Keeley! "
