  "Mrs. McDaniel was my first voice teacher and ever since then I have progressed. I went to her unsure of my talent and unsure of myself. In the beginning we worked mainly on myself, understanding who I was and therefore understanding my instrument. She helped me realize that I did indeed want to become a professional, classically trained singer, and once we decided that, there was no turning back. We then began to work on technique. She is an excellent technician and provided me with good skills and a very strong foundation that only allowed me to progress once I started college. I now hold degrees from the University of Southern California and the Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst Wien, the Austrian National Conservatory in Vienna, Austria. I am also the recipient of a Fulbright Scholarship for vocal performance, and coach with people of international prestige, including Ms. Marilyn Horne. In all my travels and studies, it is safe to say, that the education provided by Crystal McDaniel is every bit as good as some of the top voice teachers in the profession today. I am always amazed to hear information, whether it be in Los Angeles or Europe, that has already been said to me in Boiling Springs, NC. For someone who is truly interested in bettering their voice, I can without a doubt, recommend Mrs. McDaniel. "

  "Crystal McDaniel is not only an amazing voice teacher, but she is also a wonderful person. In the lessons you have with her she teaches you the proper technique, helps you find your voice, and if you're lucky she will help you find yourself along the journey. I honestly cannot say enough good things about her. I started taking voice lessons with her in February of 2002. Almost ten years later I can absolutely say that this woman has changed my life for the better. I am still pursuing my music career and currently am completing my first CD in Nashville, TN. I went to Berklee College of Music and the foundation that Crystal helped me lay has been my saving grace when it comes to the music business. I recommend this woman to anybody that is wanting to seek vocal lessons. She is the best of the best and she is the type who teaches you to jump knowing that you can fly.
