Meet the Betterist
I was born creative and I have been making Art ever since I can remember.
I have studied Metalworking, Silver-Smithing, Collage & Art Marketing Workshops, Through- out North East Ohio, Pennsylvania and Chicago to include the Baum school of Art in Allentown, Pa., Cleveland State University, Suburban Fine Art Center, Illinois and V rock shop in Canton, Ohio, I continue to design and fabricate my work in my private studio, located in Alliance, Ohio.

Betterfly service: Jewelry Making (How-To)
Description: In this presentation we will explore, the unexpected in jewelry making. Participants will learn the basics of metalworking, including conditioning metal, sanding, filing, using a jeweler’s saw, tin/metal snips, creating windows, wire – working techniques, including jump rings, loops and rivets. Participants will also learn to incorporate “Found Objects” into their pieces, and a few unconventional methods for adding dimension to their work.
*Kit fee for this class is $20.00

Description: We will explore commonly found items which can be used to create molds for making your own cast objects, we will work with metal clays and torch firing, focusing on tools,design, prepping materials, creating your own findings a variety of finishing techniques such as gilders paste and enameling , and finally assembling them for wearable Art.
