My name is Nichelle Strzepek and I started the popular dance education site, danceadvantage.net, in 2008 after the birth of my son. There's more to that story, but before the stay-home mom/blogging gig, I spent over 16 years teaching dance in private studios, community programs, and at a public university. I have been a well-respected and sought-after educator in each of these realms. I continue to teach regular classes and perform whenever possible.
