Hey everyone, thank you for coming to my page!

I’m originally from Long Island, and now reside in the big beautiful city of NY. I’ve been practicing Yoga for over 2 years & fell in love very quickly, making teaching a natural next step! Working with all levels, regardless if you’re holding Warrior 1 or Tripod, you'll be challenged yet proud and accomplished. Everyone taught by me will flow exactly for their soul, having the freedom for your breath work to do the rest.
