We've seen first-hand, and science backs us up, that when people make better a part of their lives they're happier. We're empowering people to better themselves and others. And were doing this by making better, well, better.

We're challenging the notion that better is just running marathons, Oprah and spiritual enlightenment.

It's more. Better is easy. And hard. It's marathons, but it's also haircuts and massages. It's content to be big or small, expensive or free, beginner or expert, and it doesn't care if you think it's a serious undertaking or if you only have five minutes a day.
